About the Role
Join NAB as a Branch Customer Advisor in Hobart, Tasmania, where you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for customers at the Hobart branch, ensuring they are at the centre of your service.
- Identify and recommend suitable banking products and services such as account openings, unsecured lending, and processing banking transactions.
- Promote NAB’s Smarter Banking options, guiding customers through self-service and digital banking solutions to make their banking straightforward, secure, and convenient.
- Provide assistance not only at the Hobart branch but also occasionally cover operations at Rosny and Glenorchy branches; valid driver's license and access to transport are therefore essential.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrate passion for delivering high-quality, exemplary customer experiences to a diverse clientele.
- Work cohesively within a team, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail for every transaction.
- Exhibit customer-centric perspectives and value inclusivity and diversity.
- No prior banking experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
