As a Small Business Banker based in Ballarat, VIC, you will play a vital role in supporting small businesses and contributing to a customer-focused growth journey within our Business Direct Small Business team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage small business lending requests up to $2 million and home lending up to $3 million with simplicity and efficiency.
- Act swiftly to grow revenue streams while enhancing customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach to increase the number of customers considering the bank as their preferred choice.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of customers’ needs to deliver tailored and comprehensive banking solutions.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with the Retail Branch and Broker networks to improve portfolio performance and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Strong desire to build authentic personal connections with customers, inspiring confidence and supporting their business aspirations.
- Experience in lending within business banking or retail banking sectors.
- A background in agribusiness is considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the SME market dynamics.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
- Solid problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation capabilities.
