About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated full-time Customer Care Consultant to become a key member of our energetic Trade Store team based in Malaga, Western Australia. This position is ideal for someone passionate about fostering customer relationships, delivering solutions, and providing outstanding service on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face support to customers and respond to their enquiries promptly
- Process customer orders accurately and handle updates as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customers’ requirements efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and promptness
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and correspondence
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional service
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in customer service roles or call centers; experience in retail or trade sectors is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills delivered with confidence and clarity
- Willingness and ability to adapt to new technologies swiftly
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with a proactive and positive approach
