About the Role
Join BNY as the Senior Vice President in Platforms Operating Model (POM) Product Management for the Fund & Investor Solutions Team, concentrating on EMEA Transfer Agency from our Dublin office. As a vital part of a leading global financial services company influencing a significant portion of the world's investible assets, you will collaborate with cutting-edge AI and innovative technologies to drive transformative client solutions that impact industries worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to align with stakeholder requirements and development team goals.
- Maintain and continuously refine the near-term product roadmap to ensure clear grooming and prioritization.
- Own user story creation and refinement processes while actively managing stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Develop detailed specifications for minor features and contribute to major feature specs.
- Make informed trade-off decisions to deliver high-quality product launches, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Identify, assess, and resolve issues within specific features, considering interdependencies to address more complex problems.
- Establish appropriate measurement and instrumentation strategies to analyze product performance post-release.
- Collaborate with management to recommend actionable next steps for product features.
- Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
- Define and implement new product enhancements in partnership with operations colleagues.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience operating within an agile work environment.
- Strong background in financial services.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and skilled at prioritizing various tasks.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
