The position calls for a practical, strategic leader who understands multi-location dental operations, knows how to develop high-performing teams, and can turn broader business goals into day-to-day execution. It combines significant field engagement, financial judgment, and collaboration across functions to help drive sustainable expansion and stronger margins.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee regional operations across the Northeast with an emphasis on expansion, efficiency, and strong execution.

- Manage regional leaders and hold them accountable through regular coaching, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Implement consistent operational standards across practices, including scheduling, patient access, staffing, and revenue cycle processes.
- Work closely with Finance, HR, Compliance, Recruiting, Marketing, and other corporate teams to support growth and performance.
- Assess operational results using KPI reporting, business reviews, and corrective action plans.
- Spot opportunities for organic growth, new practice launches, relocations, lease renewals, and capital spending.
- Support onboarding, transitions, and retention efforts for associate and partner doctors.
- Lead regional change management with clear communication and reliable follow-through.
- Maintain strong operational discipline across systems, procedures, and practice-level workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a similar discipline.
- At least 7 years of leadership experience in operations within healthcare or dental support settings.
- Proven track record of managing multi-location operations successfully.
- Hands-on experience coaching leaders, overseeing performance, and building accountable teams.
- Strong ability to improve operational efficiency, patient access, and financial outcomes.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
- Experience in KPI reporting, operational planning, and change management.
