Role Overview
This position is for a senior marketing executive who will define and steer the organization’s overall marketing direction. The role centers on building brand strength, expanding market reach, improving customer engagement, and aligning marketing efforts with long-term business objectives. The leader will oversee the full marketing function, including brand, demand generation, product marketing, communications, digital channels, and market intelligence.
What You Will Lead
- Create and carry out a company-wide marketing strategy that supports corporate objectives and long-range growth.
- Guide and develop teams working across brand, digital, product marketing, communications, content, events, and marketing operations.
- Launch integrated campaigns that improve brand visibility, deepen customer connection, and strengthen market position.
- Work in close partnership with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and senior leadership to keep marketing priorities aligned with business needs.
- Direct go-to-market planning for products, services, and strategic initiatives.
- Build marketing programs based on market research, customer feedback, and campaign performance data.
- Set up measurement frameworks and reporting tools to track campaign results and business contribution.
- Ensure the brand voice and identity remain consistent across every customer touchpoint.
- Shape communications initiatives that reinforce corporate priorities and support brand reputation.
- Monitor market shifts, competitor activity, and emerging growth opportunities.
- Promote a team culture rooted in innovation, accountability, teamwork, and ongoing learning.
Experience and Qualifications
The hiring team is looking for a senior leader with at least 15 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand strategy, product marketing, or commercial leadership. Prior success leading large enterprise marketing teams in sectors such as technology, SaaS, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, or similarly complex B2B environments is important.
Applicants should bring a strong command of digital marketing, demand generation, content strategy, product positioning, brand management, and customer engagement. Experience working with executive leadership on go-to-market strategy and broader corporate planning is also required. A data-oriented approach is essential, including the ability to use marketing metrics, customer insights, and market intelligence to guide decisions. The role also calls for experience managing distributed teams and cross-functional programs, along with excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
A bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA or another advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting publicly traded companies or high-growth businesses.
- Exposure to enterprise software, cloud technology, healthcare technology, financial technology, manufacturing, or other international business settings.
- Hands-on involvement in brand transformation and digital marketing modernization.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, business intelligence platforms, and analytics solutions.
