- Manage the complete sales process including market analysis, lead development, presentations, proposal creation, negotiating contracts, and deal closing.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospective clients in telecommunications, utilities, and infrastructure fields.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and marketing to deliver customized client solutions.
- Track and evaluate sales performance relative to quarterly targets and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Formulate and nurture multi-year strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers to strengthen client retention and generate referrals.
- Serve as the main contact for key clients, ensuring trust, responsiveness, and high satisfaction levels.
- Continuously analyze market trends and client feedback to inform corporate strategy and service enhancements.
- Conduct strategic research of the market, competitors, and opportunities to maintain competitive positioning.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- At least five years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within telecom, utility construction, or infrastructure services sectors.
- Track record of independently closing deals and surpassing revenue objectives.
- Deep knowledge of telecommunications services, cable installation, or construction markets.
- Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation expertise.
- Strong ability to cultivate new business opportunities as well as grow existing accounts.
- Strategic thinker who can multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment and operate autonomously without direct reports.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to participate in client meetings, trade shows, or industry conferences.
Work Environment and Conditions
- This position operates primarily onsite but requires occasional travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, or company events.
