Event Organizer / Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and seasoned Event Organizer / Marketing Executive based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position involves planning, coordinating, and delivering high-end events including weddings, engagements, corporate functions, and private parties, while also spearheading marketing initiatives to boost the company's brand presence and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement events such as luxury weddings, engagements, corporate gatherings, and private functions.
• Liaise effectively with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Oversee event budgets, schedules, logistics, and site management.
• Create innovative event themes and concepts aligned with client needs.
• Negotiate terms with vendors and build lasting supplier relationships.
• Prepare comprehensive event proposals, quotes, presentations, and timelines.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences throughout all event phases.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns promoting events, products, and services.
• Manage social media accounts, develop engaging content, and collaborate with designers and content producers.
• Launch digital marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and offers.
• Coordinate with influencers, media outlets, and third parties for marketing efforts.
• Track and analyze campaign results and generate insightful marketing reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor assessments to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Support cohesive branding efforts across all marketing collateral.
• Assist with promotional activities such as events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to drive event bookings and expand business.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in event planning, management, or marketing.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizing weddings, engagements, luxury events, and exclusive private functions.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and executing marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management capabilities.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Creative approach with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred.
• Possession of UAE driving license is advantageous.

Additional Information

• Employment type is flexible and can be full-time, freelance, or contract based, subject to discussion.
• Work is required onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Salary range is AED 5,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
