Job description

Role overview

A large enterprise is hiring a senior finance executive to guide the organization’s finance team and shape long-term financial direction. The position spans FP&A, accounting, treasury, and strategic planning, with a strong focus on performance, integration, and managing complexity during periods of fast growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to support major business decisions, strengthen operating discipline, and help create durable value across the business.

Core responsibilities

  • Direct enterprise-wide finance operations, covering planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, and long-range strategic planning.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies that support growth, integration, and overall performance goals.
  • Own reporting, forecasting, and performance management structures across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on planning efforts and important strategic choices.
  • Oversee capital deployment, cash and liquidity planning, and financial risk controls.
  • Communicate financial results and strategic priorities to the Board and other executive audiences.
  • Create scalable finance processes and systems suited to a complex, evolving organization.
  • Lead, mentor, and strengthen a high-performing finance leadership team.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of increasingly senior finance leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success working through rapid growth, integration, and organizational complexity.
  • Strong experience across FP&A, accounting, and treasury leadership.
  • Track record of presenting to boards and senior executives.
  • Well-developed strategic judgment and executive-level financial leadership skills.
  • CPA or MBA is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.

Compensation and benefits

  • Annual base pay is between $370,000 and $400,000.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunity.
