Overview
A prominent enterprise is searching for an accomplished Senior Vice President of Finance to head a dynamic finance division encompassing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning. This leadership role is essential for steering financial outcomes amid significant expansion, organizational changes, and business integrations. The executive will work closely with senior leadership and the Board of Directors to craft financial strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and foster sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all finance operations across the company including FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning departments.
- Create and implement financial strategies that support business expansion and align with overall organizational goals.
- Oversee processes such as budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and managing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with executive management in strategic planning and key decision-making activities.
- Administer capital deployment, cash flow management, liquidity planning, and the mitigation of financial risks.
- Communicate financial results, forecasts, and strategic plans to the Board and top executives.
- Develop scalable financial frameworks, procedures, and controls suitable for a complex organizational environment.
- Lead and cultivate a high-caliber finance team through coaching and development.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years in senior finance leadership roles with progressive responsibility.
- Demonstrated capability managing finance functions during periods of rapid company growth, mergers, or transformational change.
- Robust expertise in FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and overall Corporate Finance.
- Experience delivering presentations to executive management and Boards of Directors.
- Outstanding strategic thinking, leadership prowess, and communication skills.
- Preferred credentials include CPA certification and/or an MBA.
- Required educational background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary ranges from $370,000 to $400,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
