Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in a fully remote capacity. This role encompasses full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate roles at multiple levels, including leadership and individual contributors, with a significant emphasis on commercial and Global Strategic Account Management positions. While there may be some involvement in executive searches, the primary focus remains broader corporate hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes across various corporate roles, focusing on leadership and individual contributor positions, particularly in commercial and Global Strategic Account Management.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to clarify job requirements, set expectations, and provide market insights.
  • Leverage data and talent market trends to influence hiring strategies and support decision-making.
  • Handle multiple recruitment searches simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Design and implement strategic sourcing approaches using optimal tools and techniques.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Keep meticulous records of recruitment activities and workflows using the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Tackle complex recruitment challenges, lead smaller projects, and mentor junior team members when necessary.

Qualifications and Expertise

  • Minimum of 7 years' recruitment experience, preferably from an agency environment.
  • Well-versed in talent acquisition best practices and integration with allied functions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and base decisions on diverse information sources.
  • Excellent communication skills capable of conveying complex or sensitive information effectively and aligning stakeholders.
  • Experience leading smaller projects and serving as a resource for colleagues.
  • Comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and Nielsen's unique positioning.
  • Broad proficiency in talent acquisition alongside foundational knowledge of related business areas.
  • Track record of successful recruitment across hierarchies, including leadership and individual contributor roles.
  • Specific experience hiring for Global Strategic Account Management roles.
  • Strong stakeholder and account management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in search strategy, recruiting methods, market research, and sourcing tools.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and judgment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior or executive-level recruitment.
  • Background recruiting for corporate roles within complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with media, data, technology, or information services industries is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information

We strive to empower our employees towards a better media future by offering an inclusive benefits package, featuring comprehensive healthcare, wellness plans, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and generous paid time off. Depending on the role, benefits may extend to company vehicles or performance bonuses.

Compensation details are provided as an estimated range subject to adjustment based on the employee's work location. Actual pay considers experience, certifications, and other factors. Bonus, equity, or incentive eligibility may also apply.
