Overview
Versende Ltd is searching for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a well-established educational organisation in central London. This role offers a dynamic and supportive team environment where collaboration and culture are valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR advisor to managers, providing strategic and commercial guidance.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, coaching managers through various challenges.
- Lead organisational change initiatives including restructures and redundancies.
- Oversee recruitment and resourcing efforts such as workforce planning, preparing role briefs, and participating in candidate selection.
- Drive learning and development activities including talent management, succession planning, and management training.
- Implement employee engagement surveys and subsequent initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Qualifications and Experience
- Significant experience as an HR business partner with proficiency in advising and coaching line managers.
- Proven expertise in handling employee relations and comprehensive case management.
- Demonstrated success in managing organisational change projects.
- Experience leading HR projects and utilising data to make informed people decisions.
- University degree required; CIPD qualification is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills including openness, empathy, excellent communication, relationship-building abilities, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-evolving environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000.
- Annual leave of 35 days plus public holidays.
- Hybrid working arrangement requiring three days per week on-site in central London, with additional days initially during onboarding.
