Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of Sponsorship Media Evaluation projects, from initial client engagement to presenting final insights.
- Maintain deep expertise in the QI Media Evaluation approach, acting as the chief authority both internally and externally to ensure precise and effective application across all client accounts.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of 3 to 5 members, cultivating a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Drive commercial objectives by tracking product revenue and partnering with the Commercial team to identify opportunities, pitch, and secure new clients.
- Analyze complex datasets using proprietary Nielsen tools, facilitating clients' ability to access and utilize self-service dashboards and customized reporting.
- Enhance operational workflows by streamlining processes and nurturing effective partnerships within Nielsen’s cross-functional teams and with external clients.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Practical experience and proficiency with the QI Media Evaluation methodology, ideally gained through roles at sports agencies, teams, leagues, or as a sponsorship manager at prominent brands.
- At least 8 years of experience in data analysis, consulting, or media-related roles within sports, media, event, or entertainment sectors.
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Statistics, or Business.
- Strong analytical abilities with a talent for interpreting and communicating numeric and statistical data effectively through visual and narrative forms.
- Leadership qualities demonstrating initiative and independence, balanced with teamwork skills to promote cross-divisional collaboration.
- Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, alongside a demonstrated capacity to quickly adopt new software tools.
- Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau or PowerBI, and familiarity with Arianna or Landsberry & James Fusion tools is advantageous.
