- Lead the company’s budgeting and forecasting efforts, ensuring creation of robust, scalable models for revenue, staffing levels, and operational expenditures.
- Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to facilitate strategic planning and support high-level capital allocation decisions.
- Collaborate closely with senior teams from commercial, product, technology, and operational areas to provide data-backed insights and challenge existing assumptions constructively.
- Develop and maintain cohort and unit economic models examining customer behavior, retention rates, profitability, customer lifetime value versus acquisition cost, payback periods, and contribution margins.
- Analyze profitability trends across various products, customer groups, and geographical markets, delivering actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Drive improvements in FP&A processes, enhance modeling frameworks, elevate reporting quality, and optimize planning capability.
Candidate Profile

- Expertise in advanced financial modeling techniques, including integrated three-statement models, scenario planning, and strategic financial analyses.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Strong knowledge of business drivers, unit economics, and principles underpinning commercial finance.
- Ability to clearly explain complex financial data to senior non-finance stakeholders.
- Highly analytical mindset with commercial awareness and proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Experience with large datasets and financial planning software is an asset.
