Key Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture our strategic partnerships with Team GB, ParalympicsGB, and a distinguished portfolio of world-class athletes.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of athletes’ Games kit programmes, collaborating with global product teams to ensure top-quality design and timely distribution.
- Identify, sign, and oversee athletes to build impactful brand stories and activations in partnership with the UK Brand team.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments including Global Product, Sports Marketing, Brand Communications, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Go-To-Market teams to maximize commercial and brand opportunities.
- Execute comprehensive activation plans during Games time, ensuring operational excellence, athlete servicing, and fulfillment of partner requirements on the global stage.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Enthusiastic about sports with a particular interest in the Olympic and Paralympic movements.
- Proven experience managing high-profile sports partnerships, athlete relationships, and extensive stakeholder engagement.
- Strong project leadership skills capable of handling complex, multi-functional initiatives involving various budgets and external collaborators.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with a track record of building trusted relationships at all organizational levels.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a solutions-oriented approach.
