Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Sport Singapore and other partners to assess and refine policies and programs related to the high-performance sport (HPS) ecosystem.
• Develop strategies to promote sports as a sustainable career path for both current and aspiring athletes.
• Enhance capabilities within sport science, medicine, and related areas to support athlete development.
• Facilitate integration of support services and facilities to optimize athletes' potential.
• Engage in strategic analysis, policy formulation, resource allocation, and project management including negotiations among stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of three years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Candidates possessing a background or keen interest in public policy will have an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to connect issues within broader systems and identify dependencies across domains and agencies.
• Skilled in distilling complex information to identify critical issues and recommend effective policy measures.
• Proficient in clear, concise written communication to crystallize core challenges.
• Personal qualities include being proactive, resourceful, versatile, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
