Role Overview

This Senior Product Manager role involves building and enhancing platforms that support teacher professional learning across Singapore's education system. You will engage with a diverse range of products, from innovative AI-driven learning tools to mature platforms serving thousands of educators daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-own the vision and roadmap for teacher learning platforms, focusing on content discovery, knowledge management, collaborative learning, and classroom improvement.
• Partner with Ministry of Education divisions, schools, and agencies to define success metrics tied to teacher growth, impact, and efficiency.
• Integrate emerging AI technologies into practical, scalable tools for educators.
• Unearth underlying challenges such as timely feedback, resource discoverability, and translating learning to practice.
• Prototype and validate early-stage AI-enabled experiences like semantic search, retrieval-augmented generation copilots, and video annotation tools.
• Enhance existing mature platforms to streamline educator workflows and scale across the education ecosystem.
• Collaborate across policy teams, operations, engineering, design, and senior leadership to align priorities and clarify complex problem spaces.
• Advocate evidence-based product decisions and pioneer new paradigms such as just-in-time learning and AI-assisted teaching.

Candidate Profile

• 5–8+ years of product management or equivalent experience, ideally with user-facing platforms prioritizing quality experience.
• Strong background or interest in AI/large language model-enabled products, search, or knowledge systems is a significant advantage.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex organizational environments involving multiple stakeholders.
• Capable of balancing policy considerations, procurement constraints, and product principles innovatively.
• Excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals beyond features.
• Ability to work hands-on with engineering and design teams, driving projects from ideation through pilot to scale.

Preferred Insights

While prior public sector or education experience is not mandatory, strong candidates quickly comprehend teacher workflows and prioritize classroom impact over platform usage metrics.
