Key Responsibilities

• Own the product outcomes and performance for multi-million dollar business segments.
• Create and execute the product vision, strategies, and detailed roadmaps, converting them into rapidly deliverable initiatives aligned with our overall company mission.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements and features.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape comprehensive product plans and timelines informed by customer insights and aggregated feedback.
• Work closely with sales, customer support, and engineering teams to develop features that address core customer issues effectively.
• Manage smooth and timely product feature launches.
• Balance prioritization and execution pace while managing engineering costs against business impact.
• Recommend measurable ways to monitor product usage and user impact.
• Propose innovative ideas to broaden product scope and market opportunities.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, real estate, or hospitality technology.
• Outstanding communication skills, especially written, with the ability to clearly articulate user concerns.
• Strong empathy towards customers and colleagues.
• Proven success in leading entire product cycles from conception to launch.
• Prioritization skills to balance competing demands and a strong drive to ship products.
• Competency in project management, structuring work, managing dependencies, and setting priorities via relevant tools.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and persistent attitude toward product success.
• Ability to make confident decisions amid uncertainty without requiring extensive support systems.
