Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining our product's mission to simplify short-term rental management and save our customers valuable time. You will own significant business lines worth millions of dollars, drive product strategy, and lead the development of solutions aligned with our company goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, customer support, and engineering, you will ensure smooth feature launches, realistic prioritization balancing business impact with engineering capacity, and seek innovative ways to expand the product offerings.

• Lead outcome-driven initiatives on multi-million dollar product lines.
• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap broken into deliverable projects.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to shape product features and requirements.
• Work with senior leadership to align product plans and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and engineering teams to deliver solutions addressing real customer needs.
• Oversee the timely rollout of new features, ensuring minimal disruptions.
• Prioritize development efforts balancing cost and business benefit.
• Develop metrics and tracking methods to understand product usage and user impact.
• Propose creative enhancements and identify innovative product opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

This role requires managing multiple sophisticated projects simultaneously, maintaining focus under pressure and ensuring continuous delivery cadence. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely under US Eastern or European timezones. • At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, real estate, or hospitality software sectors.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to clearly convey customer issues in writing.
• Demonstrated empathy for customers and colleagues alike.
• Proven experience driving products from concept to launch (0→1 product and feature ownership).
• Strong focus on delivering results, with skill in making tough prioritization decisions.
• Project management expertise including structuring tasks, managing dependencies, and prioritization using appropriate tools.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with persistence to ensure product success.
• Ability to act decisively in uncertain environments without the need for constant support.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range between USD 170,000 and USD 207,546 annually, adjusted for cost of living based on location.
• For US-based employees, salary ranges between USD 156,749 and USD 191,369, with additional benefits including healthcare options (EPO, PPO, HSA) and 401(k) plans.
• Equity participation through Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) valued up to USD 75,471, providing long-term ownership benefits.
