About the Company

Air Charter Service is a worldwide aircraft charter broker with expertise across private jet, commercial airliner, and cargo aircraft solutions. Established in 1990 and based in London, the business has offices across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.

The Singapore office is hiring an Office Administrator / Office Manager for a role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to grow in an international setting that supports learning and development.

What You Will Do

  • Keep the office presenting well and running efficiently on a daily basis, including managing meeting room bookings and coordination.
  • Support the Sales team and the CEO with travel and general administration needs.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment inventory, facilities, and communication with vendors.
  • Arrange meetings and draft minutes for Board-level and departmental discussions.
  • Help organise internal events and team-building activities, such as Christmas and summer parties.
  • Provide assistance with HR-related administrative work when needed.
  • Work with IT to handle equipment installation, stock tracking, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with outside contractors for maintenance work and office renovation activities.
  • Take on additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

  • About 2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or another service-focused role.
  • Strong planning and time management ability, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
  • A self-driven, accurate, and accountable approach to work.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and people skills.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
