Role Summary
The Kids Club Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day running of the Kids Club, guide the team, and help deliver safe, engaging, and high-quality experiences for children and their families in a luxury resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Kids Club operations, keeping the space tidy, organized, and ensuring play equipment is cleaned and sanitized on a weekly basis.
- Lead, coach, and encourage Kids Club Attendants while making sure they complete required training and follow child supervision standards.
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of creative, age-suitable recreational and learning activities that reflect the local culture and the brand’s style.
- Apply strict procedures for guest check-in and check-out, maintain accurate attendance logs, and escalate any incidents, injuries, or safety concerns to the Kids Club Manager without delay.
- Build positive interactions with children and parents, handling special requests, food-related needs, and concerns in a polished, attentive, and proactive manner.
- Oversee toy and supply stock, complete routine administrative documentation, and submit monthly reports on time.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or resort Kids Club.
- Prior pre-opening experience is strongly preferred for this position, and is stated as essential in the additional notes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or a relevant discipline such as Hospitality or Tourism.
- Valid CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required.
- Strong personal presentation and grooming standards are expected.
- Excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Additional language skills, especially Arabic or Russian, will be an advantage.
Additional Information
- A solid understanding of ultra-luxury guest expectations and alignment with a premium brand is important.
- Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during the pre-opening phase is beneficial.
- The candidate should show strong ownership, accountability, and a proactive, anticipatory service mindset.
- Presentation and grooming must reflect luxury hospitality standards.
