Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Kids Club Entertainer/Animator role focuses on creating an engaging, safe, and enjoyable environment for children and their families, consistent with luxury hospitality standards and the Raffles brand image.

• Provide warm, personalized, and professional service to children and parents alike.
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere in the Kids Club.
• Ensure children's safety, engagement, and value during activities.
• Organize and lead daily entertainment programs such as games, arts and crafts, storytelling, sports, and themed events tailored to diverse age groups.
• Participate in resort-wide celebrations and seasonal activities.
• Help design creative activity schedules enhancing creativity, teamwork, and learning.
• Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and child protection protocols, maintaining accurate registration and promptly reporting any incidents.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and presentation standards in Kids Club areas, ensuring all materials and equipment are sanitized and stocked.
• Assist in operational procedures including opening and closing of the Kids Club and support other recreational operations when needed.
• Collaborate effectively with other resort departments including Recreation, Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and Food & Beverage to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience working in Kids Club, childcare, hospitality, entertainment, or recreational settings preferred; luxury hospitality background is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, able to work with children of various ages and cultural backgrounds.
• Energetic, creative, and sociable personality with flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Basic certification in first aid and CPR is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are beneficial.
• Physical capability to actively engage in sports, dancing, games, outdoor activities, and lifting required materials.
