About the Company

The company acts as the link between clients and aircraft operators, handling the complete travel and business charter process so customers can simply focus on flying. Its clientele includes high-net-worth individuals such as film actors, musicians, models, and sports personalities. Through its private jets division, the business arranges helicopters and private aircraft for a wide variety of needs, including business meetings, acquisitions, fashion events, music festivals, and even proposals. With ongoing growth, internal career movement, and planned expansion, the team continues to create openings for new sales talent.

Role Overview

This position begins as a trainee role. A dedicated mentor will support you closely during the first 6 months while you learn the role, the sector, and the end-to-end charter process. You will gain hands-on exposure to what it takes to deliver a smooth private jet booking, develop effective sales prospect lists, work with high-net-worth clients, and manage charter arrangements while providing a service standard that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn how private jet charter sales and operations work from end to end.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth customers.
  • Administer charter flight arrangements accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver service that consistently goes beyond customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing position within luxury products or luxury services.
  • Strong customer service ability with a relationship-driven approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Knowledge of one additional Asia-Pacific language is preferred.
  • Comfortable creating and maintaining prospect lists.
  • Motivated by goals, targets, and a competitive environment.
  • Professional phone manner and strong call etiquette.
  • Ambitious attitude and willingness to learn a new industry and skill set.
  • Hardworking, adaptable, and comfortable with a schedule that is not limited to standard office hours.
  • Well organised with strong prioritisation and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work toward KPIs and sales targets.
  • Willing and able to travel frequently, sometimes at short notice.
