- Provide timely medical intelligence and health updates to the CMO using sources such as WHO, CDC, and other international references.
- Help organize health-awareness sessions aimed at reducing disease and accident risks.
- Maintain and support the medical dashboard in line with objectives set by HSE and HR managers when required.

- Procure medical supplies and medicines in coordination with C&P, track inventory, and ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Build and maintain a medical network across the affiliate and headquarters.
- Assess and recommend health facilities in Kampala and upcountry, including registered providers for TEPU and other needs, and keep the CMO and HR Director informed.
- Oversee hygiene and health inspections at TEPU operating sites.
- Help review, update, and improve existing medical procedures and recommend new ones where needed.
- Support departmental medical budgeting.
- Represent the CMO in administrative matters during absence or whenever delegated.
- Remain available for additional assignments and training activities.
