About the Role
Elevate Partners is collaborating with a prominent Irish company to recruit a Senior Manager for People Operations based in Dublin, offering excellent hybrid work flexibility. This leadership role includes oversight of a substantial People Operations department consisting of roughly 100 team members, with a focus on strategic influence aligned with maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a large and diverse People Operations team.
- Drive initiatives in transformation, automation, and continuous process enhancements.

Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience managing HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar People Operations functions.
- Demonstrated success in leading sizable operational teams within intricate organizational structures.
- Strong background in transformation, process enhancement, and implementing technology-driven changes.
- Commercial acumen paired with strong stakeholder engagement and persuasion abilities.
