About the Role
A rapidly expanding investment fund is seeking a Property & Investment Analyst to become part of their dynamic team. This position represents an excellent career advancement opportunity for individuals with 3 to 5 years of experience in property, finance, or investment analysis, offering expanded responsibilities and significant exposure.
You will collaborate directly with senior management involved in real estate and private equity investments, acquiring practical expertise in deal execution, financial modeling, and portfolio oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities and contribute to the deal execution process.
- Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and cash flow projections.
- Generate comprehensive reports for investors and internal management.
- Track and manage the performance and expenses of assets.
- Liaise with external consultants, including legal, tax, development, and agency professionals.
- Assist in the due diligence procedures for both property acquisitions and sales.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in property or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and advanced financial modeling techniques.
- A degree in Finance, Business, or Property-related fields.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and meticulous attention to detail.
