The role focuses on partnering with senior leaders to guide people strategy, improve organisational capability, and help shape a high-performing workplace culture.

Key responsibilities
- Develop strong, trusted partnerships with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and key people priorities.
- Work with management to create and deliver HR plans, targets, and performance indicators.
- Support succession planning, talent spotting, and broader capability development.
- Coach line managers on employee relations issues while staying aligned with HR policies and procedures.
- Help drive organisational change and contribute to culture-focused improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team and take part in ongoing process and service improvements.
Candidate profile
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
- Well-developed communication, judgement, and analytical skills.
- Comfort working across teams on projects related to people and organisation development.
- HR background with practical knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures preferred.
- CIPD membership is an added advantage.
