Role Overview
This is a senior marketing leadership opportunity with a partner organization hiring in the United States. The role is built for an experienced executive who can shape and scale end-to-end growth strategy in a mission-focused environment. You will lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts that increase awareness, strengthen engagement, and improve conversion across multiple channels.
The position combines strategic leadership with active execution. You will be responsible for guiding marketing performance, allocating budget wisely, and building a strong team that can deliver measurable business results. Working alongside senior leaders and cross-functional partners in sales, product, and customer success, you will help create a consistent customer journey and a clear market message. The role also includes work on brand positioning, lifecycle marketing, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and run full-funnel DTC marketing programs that build demand, generate qualified leads, and improve acquisition results.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets with an emphasis on return on investment, operational efficiency, and durable growth.
- Develop multi-channel campaigns with internal teams and external partners to lift engagement and conversion.
- Own go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and digital campaign delivery.
- Recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing team while managing performance and development.
- Set KPIs, build reporting structures, and use data to guide marketing decisions.
- Test new channels, tools, and AI-based solutions to improve performance and scalability.
- Keep brand, communications, and customer experience aligned to support a trustworthy market presence.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and use insights to improve strategy.
- Partner across teams to strengthen website performance, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 7 years of marketing experience, including 2 or more years in a leadership position managing strong teams.
- Proven background in DTC marketing, growth marketing, and execution across multiple channels.
- Solid experience in performance marketing, brand development, and revenue-focused marketing.
- Strong understanding of analytics, KPIs, attribution, and data-led decision-making.
- Practical experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and modern mar-tech stacks.
- Experience in product marketing, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market planning.
- Ability to work effectively with sales, product, customer success, and external partners.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills with the ability to grow teams.
- Interest in AI-enabled marketing tools and emerging technology.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, remote, performance-oriented setting.
