About PageSuite

PageSuite is a prominent digital publishing software provider, partnering with leading global media brands to deliver exceptional digital experiences. We enable publishers to transform and distribute their content seamlessly across web, mobile, and tablet platforms, utilizing state-of-the-art tools and data-driven strategies.

Role Overview

As a Growth Marketing Executive, you will manage PageSuite's growth marketing function comprehensively—covering brand development, campaign management, content creation, events, outbound prospecting, and lead management. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for transforming strategic marketing plans into effective, measurable initiatives that generate a strong sales pipeline focused on our key markets such as North America, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, DACH, and Scandinavia.

This role is ideal for individuals early in their marketing careers who are eager to expand their skills and take on hands-on responsibilities. It requires attending the office twice per week and participating in some industry events outside regular hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (including email, paid advertising, organic content, and account-based marketing) aimed at generating qualified leads across core markets.
  • Establish and maintain a scalable demand generation engine from campaign rollout through to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) handoff to the sales team.
  • Continuously test and optimize marketing channels and messaging to improve pipeline quality and cost effectiveness.
  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts by creating target account and contact lists and conducting outreach via email and LinkedIn to build qualified pipelines for Business Development Managers.
  • Qualify both inbound and outbound leads to align with PageSuite’s ideal customer profile, ensuring clear and efficient handoff to sales team members with detailed documentation.
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and data entry within the CRM system.
  • Produce industry-relevant content such as case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and sales materials that address the needs of newspaper and magazine publishers.
  • Ensure marketing messaging is consistent and informed by market feedback, contributing insights to the overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Assist in coordinating events, conferences, webinars, and other campaigns to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, outbound activities, pipeline impact, and return on investment using Salesforce/CRM analytics.
  • Support partnership initiatives by facilitating the creation of joint content and other marketing materials.

Candidate Profile

  • Some early marketing or demand generation experience (such as internships, placements, or about a year of relevant employment), or a strong enthusiasm for establishing a career in marketing without formal experience.
  • Creative thinker with initiative and confidence to contribute new ideas.
  • Willingness to engage across a broad spectrum of marketing activities including content development, campaign execution, event coordination, and outbound prospecting, rather than focusing narrowly.
  • Interest in the publishing sector, with eagerness to understand how newspaper and magazine publishers operate and make purchasing decisions.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, especially regarding CRM data accuracy, campaign tracking, and task completion.
  • Capable of taking direction from senior leadership while contributing independent viewpoints and suggestions.
