- Coordinate marketing activities across channels and stakeholder groups.
- Set marketing priorities, budgets, KPIs, and performance measures.
- Translate scientific, technical, and commercial topics into clear customer-facing messaging.
- Analyze the market, customers, and competition to uncover opportunities and risks.
- Shape website strategy, content, and user experience.
- Drive digital initiatives such as SEO, content, email, and social media.
- Use digital channels to improve lead generation, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Continuously improve website performance.
- Work closely with Business Development, Program Management for CRO and CDMO, scientific teams, and leadership.
- Serve as a central marketing contact across the organization.
- Manage outside agencies, consultants, and marketing vendors when needed.
Requirements

- Extensive background in senior marketing leadership positions.
- Proven ability to build and deliver integrated marketing and go-to-market plans.
- Wide-ranging marketing experience covering branding, communications, digital marketing, product marketing, and customer engagement.
