About the Company and Role

U-Link Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd., located at F-37, Milap Nagar, Uttam Nagar East, New Delhi – 110059, is looking for a skilled and professional E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Executive. The role demands strong operational knowledge of online business platforms combined with excellent English communication abilities to enhance and manage online business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete e-commerce operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Noon.
Develop and maintain precise and quality product listings.
Manage order fulfillment, inventory coordination, and pricing adjustments efficiently.
Design, implement, and track digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads and Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Assist in SEO strategies, social media promotions, and content management.
Analyze sales trends and advertising outcomes, providing regular performance reports.
Maintain professional English communication with internal teams and marketplace/support platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce processes and digital marketing methods.
Practical experience working on Amazon, Flipkart, and Noon marketplace platforms.
Good command over spoken and written English.
Familiarity with SEO, pay-per-click advertising, analytics tools, and performance marketing.
Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
Self-motivated, capable of managing workload effectively and meeting deadlines.

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred; however, fresh candidates with applicable practical knowledge and skills will also be considered.

Compensation

Salary ranges between INR 15,000 and INR 25,000 per month, and will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and skill set.
