Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position based in Lubbock, TX calls for a Selling Business Manager to oversee day-to-day store activity, support sales growth, and guide a team in delivering an excellent customer experience. The role involves coaching staff, reviewing sales performance, ensuring visual presentation standards are met, and strengthening customer relationships to help achieve store goals.

- Experience in merchandising and handling inventory-related tasks
- Ability to review data and understand sales patterns and trends
- Well-developed organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities
