Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 members, promoting the company values.
• Ensure the store maintains outstanding presentation in alignment with visual merchandising standards and brand identity.
• Collaborate with Stock Allocator and work independently to manage optimal inventory levels, maximizing sales floor efficiency.
• Oversee administrative duties including creating store rosters, preparing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with store policies.

• Proven leadership abilities with a hands-on approach that motivates and empowers the team.
• Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to retail fundamentals.
• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not mandatory; positive attitude and alignment with company values are prioritized.
