Role Overview
This position focuses on customer success at scale for a large EMEA portfolio. You will help customers adopt the product, expand usage, and get measurable value from it through consultative support, education, and proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a substantial set of customer accounts across the EMEA region.
- Guide customers through onboarding and growth using customized consultations, training sessions, and assistant-led programs.
- Create and execute large-scale outreach initiatives to connect with key stakeholders and improve product adoption.
- Partner closely with sales colleagues to strengthen customer usage and expansion outcomes.
- Act as an internal product champion, helping customers improve their workflows and maximize return on investment.
- Spot strategic accounts and engage them to increase monthly active users and seat growth.
- Identify customers who are underutilizing the platform and work with them on a targeted success plan.
- Share customer insights that can shape broader growth strategy.
What You Will Contribute
- Support adoption and expansion for a product used to solve meaningful everyday and enterprise problems.
- Help establish the foundations of customer success for an early-stage sales-assisted motion.
- Act as a trusted advisor by leading onboarding, training, and working sessions.
- Bring customer feedback and usage insights back to product teams to influence future improvements.
- Grow your own expertise while working on high-impact challenges in a fast-scaling environment.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a fast-growing software company.
- A strong record of success in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Experience handling a high volume of accounts.
- Strong self-drive and a consistent desire to perform at a high level and contribute to the team.
- A growth-oriented mindset and comfort working in a team that is still being built out.
- Motivation to help other people succeed and grow through partnership.
- High adaptability in a changing business and industry environment.
- Interest in understanding new people and solving business problems with them.
- Curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to use them to improve productivity and outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Experience building customer success playbooks or operating processes.
- Background in scaled program management or running campaigns in Outreach.
- Prior use of Notion.
- Interest in data and insights, along with experience using Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Experience as an early hire at a fast-growing startup.
- Strong technical ability.
Compensation
The estimated total on-target earnings for this role are €89,000 to €100,000 per year, including base pay and incentive compensation. Final compensation will depend on factors such as location, scope of the role, and the candidate’s experience and expertise.
