Role overview
FedEx is hiring a Customer Care Representative - Associate to support service operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for Saudi nationals only.
What you will handle
- Respond to customer questions and support requests across service channels.
- Support hub operations and related back-office activities.
- Create accounts and complete basic onboarding steps for new processes.
- Manage bookings, quotes, enquiries, complaints, and general service follow-up.
- Track cases, help resolve issues, and support service recovery actions.
- Handle claims and assist with escalated matters when needed.
- Carry out routine complaint and issue resolution tasks using standard procedures.
- Work with defined processes and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Spot irregularities, apply judgement within set rules, and escalate complex cases to senior team members.
Skills and profile
The role calls for strong interpersonal ability, clear written and verbal communication, teamwork, Microsoft Office and PC proficiency, and practical problem-solving skills. Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
