About the Role
This is an early-career sales opportunity for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to help build an outbound sales function across EMEA. As one of the first members of the team, you will help define the sales motion, influence product direction, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
The role focuses on outbound prospecting and qualification of new mid-market customers in the EMEA region. You will support pipeline creation for the Account Executive team while helping establish sales playbooks, processes, and strategic approaches for a growing market presence.
What You Will Do
- Build a strong working knowledge of the platform and the competitive market.
- Plan and run outbound campaigns using tailored, multi-channel messaging for your territory.
- Partner with marketing on regional campaign efforts.
- Use proven sales methods to prospect into new accounts.
- Keep CRM records current, complete, and accurate.
- Contribute to sales playbooks and help shape the team’s outbound approach.
- Take ownership of pipeline-generation tactics and strategic outreach methods.
- Develop product knowledge with the goal of growing into an Account Executive role and delivering persona-specific demos.
What You Need
- Fluency in English.

Compensation and Benefits
The total on-target earnings for this position are estimated at €70,000 per year, including base pay and incentive compensation. Final compensation may vary depending on location, role scope, complexity, and the candidate’s background and experience.
