Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Lead to take full ownership of the technical strategy, architecture, and enhancement of enterprise marketing automation platforms. This position emphasizes ensuring platform scalability, governance, and data-driven personalization rather than direct campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and ongoing optimization of SFMC modules including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Cloud Pages.
• Develop scalable frameworks and automation processes focused on improving efficiency, compliance, and reusability.
• Integrate SFMC seamlessly with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems via APIs and connectors.
• Utilize AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), and SQL for crafting personalized content and segmenting target audiences.
• Create intelligent customer journeys and automated workflows equipped with monitoring and alert mechanisms.
• Implement stringent data governance measures, ensuring compliance with privacy laws such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and manage audience consent effectively.
• Partner with CRM, IT, and Marketing teams to align data strategies and technical implementations.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree, with preference for higher qualifications.
• At least 8 years of experience working with Salesforce ecosystems.
• Minimum 5 years of direct technical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrated expertise in integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Einstein AI and other advanced SFMC features.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as SFMC Developer, Consultant, or Administrator are advantageous.
• Excellent skills in documentation, troubleshooting, and leadership.
