Graduate Opportunity
As a graduate joining Sage's Small & Accountants Business Unit within the Brand Strategy & Creative team, you'll engage in meaningful projects from day one. This role will immerse you in creative development, content creation, social media, and campaign coordination, supported by experienced professionals and a structured development plan to enhance your skills, confidence, and professional portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns spanning paid, organic, social media, websites, email marketing, events, and partnerships, including major brand initiatives.
- Coordinate campaign assets, maintain project schedules, manage tracking tools, oversee task approvals, and support team administration.
- Support influencer and social media engagements by assisting with briefings, copy reviews, content generation, and event-related digital moments.
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, audience behaviors, and creative possibilities.
- Collaborate with various teams including content, social, performance marketing, sponsorship, PR, agencies, and regional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Help prepare briefs for agencies and internal teams regarding new marketing assets and campaigns.
- Gather and consolidate creative feedback to refine campaign materials, including videos and social content, facilitating timely approvals.
- Review creative outputs for copy accuracy, messaging consistency, digital updates, and brand alignment.
- Support campaign performance evaluation by monitoring outcomes and identifying areas for enhancement.
- Contribute to the development of campaign playbooks, guidelines, briefing documents, and resources to improve team efficiency.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should hold a degree, preferably in marketing, communications, journalism, media, digital, business, creative industries, or related disciplines. Prior hands-on experience is not mandatory as comprehensive training and coaching will be provided. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong enthusiasm for marketing campaigns, brand strategy, digital trends, and audience engagement.
- Curiosity and creativity to contribute fresh ideas confidently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Keen attention to detail when reviewing content and campaign elements.
- Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A passion for storytelling, understanding customers, and using content to drive action.
- Comfort or willingness to work with data analytics, campaign performance metrics, and audience insights.
- A practical attitude towards problem-solving and project coordination.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- An interest in responsibly utilizing AI and emerging technologies to enhance creativity, planning, efficiency, and analysis.
