About the Role
Via Artists, formerly known as graniph Sydney, is actively looking for new staff members to join their team located at Westfield Sydney CBD on the Ground Floor. The position involves working in a retail environment, specifically serving customers in a clothing and art-centered store.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with customers effectively in person, providing attentive and knowledgeable service.
- Assist in sales transactions and product information within a fashion and art retail context.
- Maintain store presentation according to company standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level sufficient for workplace communication with local customers.
- Able to work at least two full days per week, including weekdays and weekends.
- Willingness to commit to long-term employment including availability during year-end and New Year periods.
- Genuine interest in art and design is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in apparel retail and customer service is advantageous.
- Work visa holders, students, permanent residents, and citizens are all eligible to apply.
