Role Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you will be instrumental in driving sales performance, providing outstanding customer service, and representing the Skechers brand with pride. This role offers full flexibility and the chance to be the face of Skechers on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales targets including total revenue, units per transaction, and number of products sold.
• Serve as the ultimate footwear expert, guiding customers to find their perfect fit.
• Uphold Skechers’ brand image and adhere strictly to training protocols.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that enhances every shopper’s experience.
• Encourage additional purchases by effectively upselling accessories and apparel alongside footwear.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers confidently.
• Collaborate closely with back-of-house teams and management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Share insights and product details with colleagues to foster a knowledgeable and engaging sales team.
• Build and nurture customer loyalty for the Skechers brand.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, tidy, and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Showcase footwear displays attractively to maximize sales and facilitate stock management.
• Take a leading role on the sales floor, especially during peak times.
• Maintain consistent stock levels and organization on shelves.
• Create and sustain visual merchandising standards aligned with company guidelines.
• Be adaptable and physically capable of tasks requiring bending, stretching, and reaching as needed.
