About the Role

Workforce Hub, operated by RHBR Group Pty Ltd based in Haymarket, NSW, is inviting applications from working holiday visa holders and permanent residents for fruit picking and harvesting positions starting from June 2026 across various regional areas of Australia. This role offers opportunities to engage in seasonal farm work, including citrus, berries, stone fruits, and other produce harvesting tasks.

Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform a variety of tasks such as picking, packing, sorting, and general farm labor. These responsibilities may vary according to the current season and geographic location. Employees must be ready to work outdoors consistently and follow safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Physical fitness suitable for outdoor manual labor.
• Reliability and punctuality to join a cooperative harvest team.
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills adequate for simple interaction.
• Eligible to work in Australia on a working holiday visa or as a permanent resident.
