We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Lifeguards or Senior Lifeguards. Role Details
Senior Lifeguard: Take on a leadership role by guiding and mentoring the lifeguard team, overseeing daily aquatic operations, and ensuring exceptional water safety and facility standards. Experience in lifeguarding or leadership roles in related sectors such as recreation, fitness, or hospitality is highly valued.
Lifeguard: Help maintain a safe and welcoming pool environment by supervising aquatic users, assisting customers, and upholding facility standards. No prior lifeguard experience is necessary as training and certification support are provided.

- Strong communication skills with a professional approach
- Effective teamwork capabilities
- Ability to stay composed and make wise decisions under pressure
- Devoted to delivering outstanding customer service
- Motivated to learn, grow, and assist others
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset for Senior Lifeguard candidates
Lifeguard Swimming Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Swim 200 meters within six minutes
- Demonstrate proficiency in key swimming strokes
- Tread water continuously for five minutes
- Retrieve an object from the pool’s deep end
