About the Role
Top Impression Bakery, located in Rhodes, NSW, is currently seeking a versatile all-rounder to join their team on a part-time or full-time basis. This position involves working 3-4 days per week and serving customers in a bakery and coffee shop environment. The role demands strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle various tasks within the bakery and coffee shop including customer service and sales.
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently during transactions.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to enhance customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of six months experience working in a coffee shop or bakery in an all-rounder capacity.
- Intermediate English proficiency enabling clear communication with customers and colleagues.
- Eligibility to work in Australia on a Working Holiday, Student visa, Permanent Residency, or Citizenship status.
