About VÆRIDION and Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle including initiating, driving, and finalizing aircraft sales campaigns alongside the Commercial Team and senior management.
- Draft essential documents such as proposals, Letters of Intent, Memorandums of Understanding, and contracts while negotiating successfully with customers and partners.
- Manage and oversee the B2B sales pipeline effectively ensuring smooth progression of sales activities.
- Represent VÆRIDION externally at customer engagements and industry events, advocating for client interests internally.
- Collect customer feedback and collaboratively align product development to meet customer demands and market trends.
- Contribute to evolving sales procedures and commercial team capabilities for improved performance.
- Translate engineering insights into valuable customer benefits and relay client requirements back to technical teams.
- Supervise delivery schedules and maintain control over an expanding global orderbook.
- Provide mentorship to technical sales managers and help build the commercial sales team through structured training and development.
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of proven experience in aviation commercial roles, ideally at an Aircraft OEM selling aircraft or alternatively in roles at lessors, airlines, or MRO providers.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills combined with flexibility in approach.
- A proactive and detail-oriented individual with a hands-on approach, high empathy, and strong integrity.
- Creative problem solver with a driven, solution-focused mindset.
- Willing and able to travel frequently as required by the role.
- Genuine enthusiasm for electric aviation advancements and battery management technologies.

Compensation
The remuneration package ranges from €90,000 to €100,000 per year.
