- Contribute to the expansion and maturation of the finance department as the business scales; counsel executive leadership on financial strategies, risk assessment, and capital allocation decisions.
Candidate Profile

- Expertise in capital-heavy sectors such as aerospace, deep technology, manufacturing, hardware, energy, or mobility domains.
- Direct experience in at least two of these areas: asset financing, venture debt, innovation or development credits, project financing, or equity fundraising support.
- Proficient in financial modeling, scenario analysis, negotiating financing agreements, and comprehending manufacturing cost models and capital expenditure planning.
- Familiarity with public funding schemes in Germany or the European Union is advantageous; experience in regulated or certification-focused industries is a benefit.
- Demonstrated strong ownership with ability to execute strategically and operationally, managing ambiguity and rapid changes effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required; proficiency in German or another European language is considered a plus.
