About the Role
WealthBridge Financial Group is looking for a strategic and visionary Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead and inspire Managing Directors across the region. This senior leadership position is key to advancing the firm's growth, enhancing advisor development, and increasing market presence.
The successful candidate will be an established leader in financial services with a proven record of cultivating high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, and executing strategic initiatives that yield tangible outcomes. Aligning regional goals with corporate priorities, the RVP will drive recruitment of top talent, mentor leadership, and enhance advisor productivity to build a long-term, scalable business model.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior leadership and direction to Managing Directors within the region.
- Drive regional growth and advisor development strategies.
- Expand the firm’s regional presence through strategic initiatives and relationship building.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment of regional and firmwide priorities.
- Recruit, coach, and lead high-performing financial professionals and advisor teams.
- Foster a culture of excellence focused on achieving measurable business results.
Requirements
- Extensive senior leadership experience in the financial services sector, preferably at a regional or multi-office level.
- Previous success as a financial advisor or in leading teams of advisors.
- Proven skills in recruiting, mentoring, and managing professional teams.
- Ability to strategically translate vision into actionable plans.
- Comprehensive knowledge of compliance, financial planning, and wealth management practices.
