Job description
About Fleek and Our Mission
Fleek is dedicated to revolutionizing the world’s most inefficient supply chain — that of secondhand fashion. With over 100 billion garments produced annually and 60% ending up in landfill, the problem isn't demand but the antiquated, offline, and manual processes in secondhand apparel supply. Our goal is to become the premier choice for secondhand clothing by building a global infrastructure supported by a B2B marketplace and AI-driven systems that digitize and streamline this supply chain.
Fleek connects vintage stores, online resellers, and retail buyers directly with wholesalers and rag houses operating across multiple countries. Our proprietary AI tool, FleekSort, uses image recognition to grade, price, and categorize secondhand items, transforming an opaque market into a structured, searchable, and tradable inventory.
Since 2022, Fleek has prevented 9 million items from reaching landfills and grown triple-fold year-over-year. Supported by top-tier investors and innovators from leading companies, we currently serve thousands of clients in the UK, Europe, and the US. With the secondhand fashion industry expected to reach $350 billion by 2027, Fleek aims to establish the AI-powered operational and financial backbone for this global market.
