Job Overview
Kraft Heinz is seeking an experienced finance manager to lead the Finance function in Ireland. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and serving as a vital member of the Ireland Leadership Team, you will oversee financial performance, driving top and bottom-line results while engaging closely with senior internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Own commercial and financial targets, including Zero Based Budgeting and management of P&L and Balance Sheets.
- Deliver timely, accurate financial reports and updates within regular business routines.
- Partner closely with the Managing Director to support the annual operating plan and three-year strategic goals.
- Foster communication across teams to align financial and business objectives.
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve financial performance, such as price and product mix adjustments.
- Mentor and lead finance team members, encouraging professional development and process efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Background in FMCG finance, strategy, or consulting environments.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities to influence at all organizational levels.
- Ideally holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation
The gross annual base salary ranges from €95,031 to €105,590 based on experience. Additionally, eligible for a performance bonus up to 35% subject to bonus scheme terms. Long-term incentive plans may also be available aligned with plan provisions.
