About the Role

WealthBridge Financial Group is searching for a visionary and strategic leader to assume the position of Regional Vice President (RVP). This pivotal role involves providing senior leadership and guidance to Managing Directors across the region, with core responsibilities centered on driving business growth, advancing advisor development, and broadening the firm's market footprint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Managing Directors within the region to foster high performance and collaboration.
• Drive the execution of regional growth strategies aligned with overall firm objectives.
• Recruit and develop top-tier talent to build strong, sustainable teams.
• Mentor leaders and elevate the performance of financial advisors in the region.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure regional plans are consistent with corporate priorities.
• Promote a culture committed to excellence in financial planning and wealth management.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a senior leader in the financial services sector, ideally managing multiple offices or regions.
• A successful background either as a financial advisor or as a leader of advisor teams.
• Proven capability in recruiting, coaching, and motivating high-achieving professionals.
• Strong strategic thinker adept at transforming vision into actionable plans.
• Deep knowledge of compliance standards, financial planning methodologies, and wealth management best practices.
