Overview
Seeking a Vice President of Operations for Home Health services overseeing the Maryland and Washington DC region. This leadership role requires extensive experience in home health, along with an active RN or PT license. The VP will be accountable for the clinical, operational, and financial management of multiple agency sites across states, developing and executing a regional business plan aligned with organizational strategic objectives to improve profitability, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a regional operational strategy to pinpoint growth opportunities and areas for operational enhancement, while monitoring external trends as necessary.
- Set precise goals and measurable objectives for regional management teams.
- Guide, coach, and hold regional leaders accountable for achieving corporate goals and operational targets.
- Participate in scheduled site reviews, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Utilize technology creatively to address challenges related to efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a workplace culture emphasizing trust, respect, and high-quality patient care through exemplary leadership.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of ten years in supervisory or administrative roles within home health, hospice, or related healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing organizations with budgets exceeding $50 million.
- Master’s degree in healthcare management preferred.
- Valid RN or PT licensure required.

Compensation
Annual salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $170,000.
